The Alliance Member Activity Tracker is an automated attendance, growth delta, and roster auditing suite built exclusively for Kingshot alliance leaders, R4 officers, and battle commanders. Taking daily automated snapshots, it delivers deep visibility into continuous inactivity, stagnant members, name change audits, and member churn.
Stop guessing who has gone cold before important kingdom events and KvK battles. The tool classifies players from the last observed change in roster stats or player details: Active under 1 day, Slacking 1–3 days, Warning 3–7 days, and Inactive 7 days or more. New members stay Unknown until a week of observations shows no change. It also compares 24-hour and 7-day power and kill gains, then builds a Kick Recommendation with the reason spelled out.

How Activity Tracking Works
- 1Link Your Alliance: Ensure your alliance workspace has your kingdom ID and alliance tag configured in the Alliance Roster.
- 2Daily Automated Snapshots: Every day at 01:25 UTC the roster is captured, then members with no roster change get a serial player-detail check for city, hero, gear, and event-score movement.
- 3Delta Computation: Roster data is diffed against previous days to compute 24-hour and 7-day gains while logging rank and name changes.
- 4Decide & Clean: Use the Kick Recommender to remove deadweight and make room for high-activity recruits before KvK matchmaking.
Connected Alliance Suite
The Activity Tracker operates in concert with the Alliance Roster, where you can assign custom Bear Rally Tiers and collect troop levels via Invite links, as well as the Bear Hunt Tracker and KvK Battle Planner.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often are alliance activity snapshots updated?
Snapshots are automatically synchronized every day at 01:25 UTC. Pro officers can also trigger a manual on-demand refresh once per 5 minutes using the “Refresh Now” button.
How are the 4 activity tiers calculated?
Tiers count days since the last observed change in power, kills, town center, or a player-detail fingerprint (coordinates, VIP, shield, heroes, governor gear, and event scores). Active is under 1 day, Slacking is 1 to 3 days, Warning is 3 to 7 days, and Inactive is 7 days or more. A member with no history stays Unknown for 7 observations. Manual refresh updates the roster only; the detail check runs on the daily sync.
How does the Kick Recommendation score work?
The score ranges from 0 to 100 based on four factors: days since the last observed change (up to 50 pts), confirmed 7-day power stagnation (up to 30 pts), confirmed 7-day kill stagnation (10 pts), and rank weighting (R1 receives 10 pts, R2 receives 7 pts, while R4/R5 are protected). Missing history is not treated as zero growth, and Unknown members are left off the cleanup list.
Can I see when a player changes their in-game name?
Yes. Because the tool tracks players by their immutable in-game Governor ID, any name modification is automatically recorded in the Personnel Audit Log with the exact before-and-after names.
How long is historical activity data retained?
Member daily snapshot deltas are kept for 90 days (full KvK season), personnel and name change audit logs are retained for 180 days, and macro daily trend snapshots are archived for 365 days.
