Kingshot alliance recruitment

Review Kingshot alliance applicants with recorded data

Recruit Check is a player lookup and applicant review tool for Kingshot alliance leaders. Instead of opening one governor profile at a time, paste a batch of governor IDs and see recorded power, kills, Town Center level, kingdom ranks, arena heroes, and governor gear side by side. Your alliance roster is the baseline, so a new applicant is easier to place against the members you already have.

The tool is built for the moment before an invite: a message arrives with a governor ID, a player applies after a KvK, or an alliance is discussing a merge. Recruit Check keeps the review in one place and keeps the final decision with your officers.

A batch view, not a tab hunt

Up to 10 applicants in one table. Power, kills, Town Center, ranks, arena team, and gear are visible without opening ten browser tabs.

Your roster is the baseline

See how an applicant sits against your own members with roster percentiles and medians, not an arbitrary score from nowhere.

Missing data stays missing

Hidden governor gear, absent arena data, and unknown values are labeled as unknown. The tool never turns missing data into a negative verdict.

How to use Recruit Check

  1. 1

    Load your alliance

Recruit Check uses your own roster as the baseline. If Alliance Roster is already bound, the kingdom and tag are filled in. Otherwise enter the kingdom and exact in-game tag once.

  2. 2

    Paste the applicant IDs

Add up to 10 governor IDs, one per line or separated by commas. Choose Governor ID or UID before you run the check; the two are not interchangeable.

  3. 3

    Set your thresholds

Optional. Add a minimum power, kill score, Town Center level, or red gear count. The tool does not invent a rating; it only shows which of your own thresholds each applicant meets.

  4. 4

    Review, export, decide

Open any row for the full kingdom ranks, arena defence, equipped gear, and governor gear. Export the table as CSV or copy a short summary for your R4s.

What you can review before an invite

Recorded strength: power, kill score, Town Center level, VIP level, and the governor's current alliance.

Kingdom standings: up to 11 boards, including power, kills, Town Center, Migrant Score, Mystic Trial, and the event ladders.

Arena defence: the five recorded heroes, star levels, exclusive gear levels, and equipped hero gear.

Governor gear: recorded equipment icons, quality, stars, strength levels, and gems when the player has not hidden them.

Your thresholds: optional minimums for power, kills, Town Center, and red gear, shown as pass, fail, or unknown.

Shareable output: CSV for your own records or a short copied summary for alliance leadership chat.

What Recruit Check does not do

  • It does not measure online status, login activity, or playtime. Those fields are not reliable in the player API.
  • It does not see troop counts, building levels, research, or a full equipment inventory. It shows what the API records.
  • It does not compare kingdom ranks across different kingdoms as if they were one ladder.
  • It does not create a recruit score or decide who should join. Your officers set the thresholds and make the call.
  • It cannot guarantee the public player API has current or complete coverage for every player. If the returned nickname or UID does not match the in-game profile, treat that result as unverified.

Who Recruit Check is for

Recruit Check is for R4 and R5 officers, recruiters, and kingdom organizers who review multiple applicants around KvK, transfers, or merger talks. If you already use Alliance Roster to keep your members organized, Recruit Check adds the other side of the same workflow: the players who are not in the roster yet.

Looking for transfer destinations rather than recruits? Use Transfer Scout to see where you would rank in a transfer group. Comparing kingdoms instead? Start from Kingdom Rankings.

Recruit Check FAQ

What is Kingshot Recruit Check?+

Recruit Check is a Pro tool for alliance leaders who want to review applicants before inviting them. It looks up each governor ID through the public player API and compares recorded power, kills, Town Center, kingdom ranks, arena heroes, and governor gear with your own alliance roster.

How many governor IDs can I check at once?+

You can check up to 10 governor IDs in one batch and up to 30 applicant lookups per day. Previously checked profiles are cached for one hour, so reviewing the same applicant again is faster.

Does Recruit Check show whether a player is online?+

No. The player API no longer provides reliable online or last-login data, so Recruit Check does not use it. It focuses on recorded stats, ranks, heroes, and equipment, and labels missing data as unknown.

Can I check applicants from another kingdom?+

Yes. Enter their governor ID and Recruit Check will show their recorded stats and their own kingdom ranks. Kingdom ranks are not comparable across kingdoms; the tool labels them clearly instead of pretending they are one combined leaderboard.

Why is an applicant's governor gear missing?+

Players can hide their governor gear. When that happens, Recruit Check shows the field as hidden instead of treating it as a negative. Hero gear, arena heroes, power, kills, and Town Center are still shown when the API provides them.

Does Recruit Check decide who should join?+

No. The thresholds are yours, and the tool reports pass, fail, or unknown. It does not produce a recruit score or an accept/reject recommendation.
