How to Use the Castle Battle Scheduler
Follow the exact steps below to turn the scheduler into your alliance’s real-time castle battle playbook.
Use the top text box to enter alliance tags (FTP, WUW, 686, etc.), pick a color, and click “Add Alliance”. Repeat for everyone, and add FFA for open slots.
Tip: Click any alliance tag later to change its color without re-adding it.
Click a cell on the timeline grid to assign an alliance. Each row is Castle, Turret I-IV, and each column is a time slot. Choose 15/30/60 minute intervals from the dropdown.
Tip: Click the same cell again to clear or switch the assignment.
Drag the slider under “Castle Battle Map” to scrub through the fight. The diamond castle and turret circles update to show who holds each objective.
Tip: Use this preview during war calls to communicate upcoming swaps.
Click “Generate Battle Plan” to produce formatted text, split into easy-to-read parts you can paste into Kingshot chat or Discord.
Tip: Copy each part individually if the in-game chat limits message length.
Use “Create Share Link” for a quick URL or export/import JSON for backups. The PNG export is ideal for alliance announcements.
