Kingshot KvK coordination tool
What is the Kingshot KvK Prep Scheduler?
Kingshot KvK Prep Scheduler is an alliance scheduling tool for Kingdom of Power preparation. It gives leaders one place to collect player availability and the Construction, Research, and Training speedups that members can commit during the selected Prep days.
Instead of chasing replies across Discord, alliance chat, screenshots, and spreadsheets, leaders share one Invite link, review coverage in UTC, fill open slots, and publish a clear KvK Prep schedule for everyone to follow.
How it works
Create, collect, assign, publish
- 1
Create a three-day Prep schedule
Choose the dates and set the daily focus for Construction, Research, or Training.
- 2
Invite players with one link
Players submit their UTC availability and speedup totals without creating an account.
- 3
Review coverage and assign slots
Find low-coverage periods, auto-assign eligible players, adjust any slot manually, then publish the final schedule.
Why it helps
A clearer Kingdom of Power Prep plan
- See which UTC periods have enough available players before you publish.
- Match Construction, Research, and Training speedups to the correct Prep focus.
- Keep a fairer assignment record with Speedups or Balanced auto-assignment.
- Give every player one final schedule instead of scattered alliance messages.
Built for UTC alliance coordination
Every availability range and scheduled slot uses UTC, so alliance members in different regions can compare the same KvK Prep time without time-zone confusion. Use the coverage view to spot open gaps, then use Schedule to assign or change the player for that exact half-hour slot.
For wider alliance coordination, keep your member details in the Kingshot Alliance Roster and use the Alliance Event Coordinator for RSVP and event-time voting.
FAQ
Kingshot KvK Prep Scheduler FAQ
What is the Kingshot KvK Prep Scheduler?
Kingshot KvK Prep Scheduler is a three-day alliance planning tool for collecting player availability and Construction, Research, and Training speedups before a Kingdom of Power preparation phase.
How do players submit their KvK Prep availability?
The schedule owner shares one Invite link in Discord, alliance chat, or mail. Players open the public form, enter an in-game name, choose up to three UTC availability ranges per day, and add their speedup totals without logging in.
How does auto-assignment work?
The scheduler assigns eligible players for the selected Prep day using either speedup priority or a balanced distribution. Manual slot choices stay protected when the owner runs auto-assignment again.
Do players need a Pro account to submit?
No. Only the schedule owner needs Pro to create and manage a KvK Prep schedule. Players can use the shared Invite link without an account.
